The BCU Canoe Polo Committee have decided to make the Committee Meeting & Annual Consultative Meeting (ACM) minutes available to any BCU member via stamped addressed envelope (SAE).

The decision was taken to try to ensure that the committee was transparent to the members that it represents and to bring the committee into closer contact with all concerned.

There is currently no intention to publish the minutes on the web site.

To obtain a copy of the minutes please email the Secretary with your BCU Membership Number and you will be provided with the postal address to which you must send your SAE.

If you have any comments with regard to the minutes please ensure that the Secretary is notified. Likewise if you have any items you wish to be placed on the agenda please let the Secretary know.
